    We didn't know it was World Animal Day, so yes, thank you for letting us know. This makes us think of Cecil and the...we don't have words...homo sapien who killed him. Every day needs to be World Animal Day!

    This is a GREAT day to celebrate......of course we know that EVERY day is animal day for us lucky enough to have a happy home but so many others don't and that's what I think about most of all.

    I do love the big cats - so incredibly beautiful and wild. But I do wish people would have the dignity to leave them alone. It is so tragically sad to see them behind small cages - many of them previously bought as "pets" that could not be handled by their owners. Purrs from Deb and the Zee/Zoey kitties
