hoping yours is a HUGE success! Actually this is a shelter that my "bonus daughter" is the manager of. My husband went this morning (I didn't because it is too stinkin' hot)....he said it was really busy and that people were adopting more cats than dogs (thank goodness!!!) It is super hot here today and I feel bad for them. We have been having a cool summer up til today (figures when the poor fur babies have to be outside). He said they had kiddie pools filled with water for the doggies. Hoping lots of babies are adopted at yours too!
Keeping our paws crossed that all of those lovely cats and dogs will find a forever home! :) We missed you, sweetie! Have a wonderful Sunday! Love ya! xx Roxy & Tigerlino <3
last I heard, (from Saturday), was that they had adopted out a bunch of cats and 11 dogs...not sure how it went yesterday. They aren't a super large rescue so Saturday alone was quite good!
