Late Night TV Selfie

A couple of weeks ago, Cody and I were lying on the couch watching Late Night TV as we always do, when I pulled out my cell phone to help him take a Selfie.

Yes, I DO keep my hood up in the house, especially in the cold temps! Stop by and see the other great selfies over at the Cat On My Head!

    Sometimes meowmy puts on a puffer vest to keep herself warm but we think we should do the warming things...aka sit on her lap!

    Interesting how the light effects are there!

      Mom has done the "puffy vest" thing too! MOL!! Nope, the original photo is sooo dark that Mom had to go to a photo editing site (ribbet, her fave) to adjust it so that we could be seen! Love, Cody

    Mum wears woolen socks OVER cotton socks when it's cold, but she doesn't wear a hood or a cap in the house yet. That's the next step... Stay warm ! Purrs

    I think the hood is a grand idea.....humans lose most of their body heat through the top of their heads so why not have a hoodie on?!?!?! I have enjoyed keeping my Mom's lap warm (or am I keeping my tummy warm????) lately with lots of extra lap naps.

      Back in the day, when I worked at a newspaper for over 21 years I was always in bed by 11 (because I got up at 5 every day)........now...I am lucky to be in bed by 1:30 am!

      thank you! I had to totally play with the photo because the original is so dark you can barely see us in it. I literally took it in the dark! lol Thank goodness for photo editors!

      Thanks so much for asking! He is doing well! Now that it is going to be slightly warmer this week, it is looking like I am going to take him for his blood work either Thurs or Fri. The hard part is, that he has to fast after dinner....have no clue how we are going to pull that off.

    Seems to be really cold where you live.
    Here .... the weather is crazy. At 2pm the temperature was .. 21,6°Celcius. That's really not normal.

    Caren, I'm usually wearing a ski cap or I wrap a thick scarf around my head these days...and often I sleep that way too! Michigan is a rough place to be when Old Man Winter hangs around.

      We are!!! We watch Jimmy Fallon every night and sometimes Seth Meyers :) Cody is feeling well (thanks!) but has to have his blood work done at the end of the week if the weather holds up!

    Mom keeps our heat pretty low too. I can tell you, we don't really appreciate that! When it does come on, we all huddle around. We've never been "under cover" kitties. Your selfie is adorable, and we agree, arty.
