This is where you will find me while Michigan and much of the rest of the U.S. is experiencing some of the coldest temps of the season!! Be sure to visit the Tabby Cat Club to see what other kitties are doing to keep warm!
What's the weather like where you are?
If it's cold, how are you keeping warm?
We got down to single digits at night and it is very windy. We covered up our windows with fleece and all of us stayed in the living room with the heater! Stay warm.
ReplyDeleteWaaaaay below zero wind chills a couple nights ago but it's getting better. Stay warm, Cody! Have fun snuggling :)
ReplyDeleteIt's way to brrrrrrr cold for us too Cody!
ReplyDeleteCody that's a nice looking blanket. It was 20 below zero this morning. Warmed up to 1 degree. LOL. Using extra blankets at our house too. Have a nice warm weekend.
ReplyDeleteSue B
It is super comfy cozy!!! Oh nooo! You are freezing too!!! At least the 20s are coming, a heat wave! Love, Cody
DeleteBrrrr even down here in FL we are cold too, not by Northern standards but it has been below the freezing mark.
ReplyDeleteMOL, I saw your comment on my blog - there is a town in California's Inland Empire called Ontario, and that is the one we are going to! The high there is going to be 70 today, upper 60s this weekend. Not the warmest ever, but a WHOLE lot better than the Canadian Ontario!
ReplyDeleteCody, want some company? That looks mighty fine comfy spot to while the cold days away. Happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteEmma and Buster
sure! Come on over!!!! Happy weekend to you too!
DeleteCody, we look much like you do. It's too cold to do anything but snuggle.
ReplyDeleteHave a great Friday!
XOXO
I hear ya my furiend! Keep warm! Love, Cody
DeleteI'm snuggling under the duvet with Merlin right now. I also did a special Friday Photo Quote and posted on my personal fb page.
ReplyDeleteWe got to -33C on Wednesday..it's warmed up so -20C feels like a heatwave! We snuggle on our beds in front of the fire..or the ones against the heaters.

You look like you are keeping nice and warm snuggled in your blankie Cody. We have had a mild spell the last 2 or 3 days, but it is forecast to get much colder again tomorrow. We are getting gale force winds with gusts of 80-100 mph so I can't go outdoors or I will get blown over.
ReplyDeleteWe are actually having a bit of a warm up in northern California. It was much colder a couple of weeks ago. Stay warm and keep getting better, Cody.
ReplyDeleteIt's not too bad here in Vancouver but we always love to sleep on or around the hot radiators so that is where we can often be found. You look cozy and well Cody. Hope you are feeling better now. :)
ReplyDeletethe critters in the cottage xo
I lay right on top of the hot air blowing thingy to stay warm. The mom says I'm gonna burn up one day.
ReplyDeleteNothing like a cozy blanket to stay warm. We're relatively warm in the 50s here, but I don't feel it because the heater is set to 65-70 degrees.
ReplyDeleteYou look nice and cozy, that is where I am most of the day, under a blanket. MK does want to go outside but I keep her in.
ReplyDeleteIt's cold here - well for us anyways. The lows are in the 20s tonight.
ReplyDeleteWe are experiencing quite a mild winter in England this year. The wind is howling right now and it'll probably rain. Athena thinks it's still cold though and likes to warm up on the radiator. I, however, want a proper winter with snow!
ReplyDeletePurrs xx
Athena and Marie
Cody, like you, we're freezing here and there's just no place like (a) Mom's lap or (b) in a puddle of fleece blanket to be when it's like this! Stay warm buddy.
ReplyDeleteLove, Sammy
It's bitter cold here, too, although probably not as bad as where you are. Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteCody, you are lucky to have such a warm blankie. Great photo.
ReplyDeleteLooks cozy. We are at 51 now with a high of 77.
ReplyDeleteshow off! MOL!
DeleteHooray fur cozy, warm snuggle spots in this bitter cold!
ReplyDeleteWe stay in our nests or lay by those constantly going heating vents.
Meowmy stayed home all day yesterday...good thing, too, considering not only the cold but the horrendous road conditions. We travel that stretch of I94 where there was that 193 vehicle pile up...and there was another bad one in the eastern part of Michigan, too...on I23. I94 was closed all day and will still be closed today and maybe even into tomorrow...poor peeps that were caught in those messes. We are purring and pawyering that evfurryone stays warm and safe.
Meowmy has to be back at work in a while, but at least the driving is better and ts getting a tad warmer...from -1 to 10, MOL!!
so glad your Meowmy stayed home! OMC thank goodness she wasn't on the dangerous highway!!! That crash was just horrific. Praying that not too many were hurt and that they are all safe and sound. Pls tell Meowmy to be careful driving, it is snowing out there again! xoxo
DeleteYup, that snow was slippery getting home...she drove about 25 - 30 MPH all the 8 miles back home...its mostly a 50MPH zone...she's off fur a few days now...time to get chores done, MOL! Like shoveling the snow...sigh...
DeleteWe're freezing our fur off here too, Cody! ... well, not really. We're all cozied up in our beds. The temps have been hovering around zero. ...So how can NO temperature be SO COLD?
ReplyDelete; )
Oh Cody, we sure are glad you have a nice warm blanket. We have blankets and beds all over and especially Mom's bed with the electric blanket. You all have one really nice week end.
ReplyDeleteCody! Yous does looks so nice and warm in that blanket and it matches your furs beautifully! Yous is Dashing and Handsome as always
ReplyDeleteMany Kisses
Nellie
Here it's really not cold as it is where you live, but we do enjoy sleeping in cosy and warm places like you do Cody.
ReplyDeleteThe nights are cold. Loustiquette who usually like to go outside at night, she prefers to stay inside.
Keep warm Cody.

PS : Caren, Charlie is not the name of a person, Charlie Hebdo is the name of a news paper. The cartoonists who were killed but those monsters were working for this small but famous news paper.
There were named Charb, Cabu, Wolinski... 2 black days, 12 + 5 people have been killed.
13 before they were working for this paper or policemen and 4 others because they were jewish. So sad. I'm sad and scarred
It's freezing here too! Brr... :( Is it Spring yet????????????? xx Roxy & Tigerlino <3
ReplyDeleteThe heater is under the window-still, so there's where I keep myself warm :) Warm Pawkisses :) <3
ReplyDeleteSame kind of weather here, Cody! Definitely blankie weather! Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteyou too! I think you had a 20-something degree day like we did today, felt like a heat wave! MOL!! You keep warm too!

ReplyDeleteThat looks like the perfect place to be, Cody. We are having stupidly cold temperatures too, so everyone is gathered around the wood stove!
ReplyDeleteThat nest is PURRfect! We all love plushy blankets like yours.
ReplyDeleteStay warm Cody - you look very cozy in your blanket. It has been extremely cold here - the best way to stay warm is to have a cat on your lap!
ReplyDeleteWe love cuddling in our blankets right now too with the cold temps Cody!
ReplyDeleteAdorable pic! That looks a lot like the blanket I use when I am in my recliner, mine is down filled. Of course, I share it with Timmy and Kallie too! And if I am using a heating pad on my lap under the blanket, Kallie loves to sleep on my lap even more.
ReplyDeletethank you! I love that blanket and Cody does too! We have 2 or 3 of them and as you know it is soooooooo warm! Mine isn't down-filled, but yours sounds even better than mine! xoxo
DeleteIt got super cold here for a while but thankfully we are back to regular winter weather!
