Catit Design Senses Food Maze Is Purrfect for National Pet Wellness Month! Enter to Win!

OH MY CAT my furiends was I ever excited when a nice lady from Catit contacted me asking if I was interested in receiving and reviewing their:

Catit Design Senses Food Maze

Hey when it comes to anything pertaining to FOOD/EATING,
you don't have to ask me TWICE! MOL!

In all seriousness, I have the Catit Design Senses-Speed Circuit and I figured if the feeding maze is as good as that, well then, let me at it!

If you aren't familiar with Catit Design Senses, it is a new line of cat products that are designed to allow kitties to explore, experience and satisfy our senses!  They are products made by Rolf C. Hagen, one of the top international brands for pet products.

Mom was interested in this maze because she says I have an "eating problem" what she means by THAT I will never know,  she says I eat TOO FAST. In my opinion, that's the pot calling the kettle black, but I digress...

Since OCTOBER IS NATIONAL PET WELLNESS MONTH, Mom thought this would be a great product to help keep me healthy because  Mom says The Catit Design Senses Food Maze is the smart way to feed ME and YOUR cat(s). The kitty moves the food (or treats) through the maze by pawing at it through the side openings until it drops down to the food tray. The Food Maze appeals to our sense of touch and taste while encouraging mental and physical activity. By making kitties work for our food; and monitoring the amount of food added to the maze, the Food Maze can be a valuable tool to help with overeating or obesity problems. The Catit Design Sense Food Maze offers various levels of difficulty to challenge our abilities.

Key Features
- Side Cut-outs: Cat moves the food through the maze by pawing at it through the side openings
- Food Tray: As the food moves through the maze, it collects in the food tray at the bottom of the maze
- Varying levels of difficulty: rotating disc located inside the maze allow you to increase or decrease the openings for a more difficult challenge
- Accu-Pressure Mat: (not in videos but I did receive it! If you look at the photo of the box at the top, you will see the Mat.) provides pressure point paw massage

How did I like it?
See for yourself!
(get ready to laugh!)
And..those living in
the U.S. and Canada
can enter to win!
Watch the video to hear the entry

Well did ya see me diving face first into that Food Maze? I guess I like it eh? Mom thinks it is great too, but she still has to control how much kibble she gives me. She put my daily 1/4 cup allotment in the maze thinking that I wouldn't finish it in one fell swoop. She thought WRONG! MOL! I love that maze so much that I wouldn't stop!

WANT ONE OF YOUR OWN?
As I mentioned in the video the give-away is open NOW for those living in the U.S. and Canada. There will be ONE WINNER (18 and over only please).

  4. I can just imagine ONE of my 7 busy pushing the treats / kibbles down and the remaining 6 waiting at the bottom for the treats to drop. LOL.
Good luck to those entering the giveaway!

  6. Caren, this is so perfect! I would love to win it. As of now, when I use a small plastic bowl to dish out the cat food, Alice from the Palace goes into her meercat mode, up on her haunches, and using her right paw (she is definitely right-pawed) helps me get the food from the vessel into the her cat food bowl. I can only imagine how much fun she and Scooter will have at their food wagon. Thank you for the opportunity!

  7. Cody - we already had you Liked on Facebook!

  8. We actually already have one of these. We call it to food tornado. The CatIt people probably don't appreciate that. :) We also cheat madly while using it and get so excited that we dump it over. We don't want to enter, but we did want to say that we recommend it for big fun!

  10. Gosh....that's pretty cool Cody! I've never seen anything like that but you sure got it figured out quickly.....anything for food right? I wouldn't mind giving it a whirl. At my age it's hard to get excited about ANYTHING so Mom thinks it would be a fun challenge for me - I guess I'm up for it! Count us in on the giveaway purrrrlease!

  11. This food maze is so cool! I have bought one for my mom's cat for her birthday, and she said that her cat loved it! These types of puzzles are a great way to keep indoor cats stimulated! Hugs, Francesca

  12. That would be so good for Scylla, she could get some exercise while she eats. Cody we loved how you stuck your entire face in the top and got some kibble. That was brilliant.

  13. Two and Two and Maggie would have that tipped over in a skinny minute but we would love to give it a try. It looks like a great idea. Cody we think you are a very smart dude to just stick your whole face in there. Take care.

  14. This would be ideal for my food maniac cat bro Bert, but since I have two cats that eat different foods, it wouldn't work out. Bummer.

  15. Thunder loves food games, so I really think he will like this.

    ReplyDelete
  16. That looks like lots of fun! This would be perfect for my Theo who just sucks down all his food so he can quickly steal another cat's food!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Cody you can balance ;-)

  18. Oh my gosh, my kitties would love this little game for the stimulation. I'd be tempted to use it for Cocco too though. I couldn't imagine a food-attacking mini pig waiting to get the food!

    ReplyDelete
  22. Cool! We have one of these so we won't enter the giveaway.

    ReplyDelete
  23. LOL.. I have absolutely NO doubt that Jack would knock that thing over, and nose at it till all of the treats fell out.. and if they didn't come out, he would nose it right over to the stairs and throw it down them (which is what he did to his treat ball) I bet some less food aggressive kitties would LOVE this, and I hope they win.. (aka I'm not entering)

    ReplyDelete
  24. MOL! Cody, I don't think you are supposed to dive in from the top!

    ReplyDelete
  25. My kitties are 9 and 10 and need some excitement in there lives. we live on the 6th floor so they cant go out and i think this would be super great for them

  26. My human is saying I eat too fast too (and too much). I think she is only projecting but she won't listen to me!
Our former (and forgotten by my human) fountain was a CatIt and we liked it furry much but the humans didn't find a new one.
This product sounds like a great idea to my human. Me, not so much ;-)

  28. Cody, you are so funny! The way to a man cat's heart is his stomach. I want to win it and give it to Brian for his sisters.

    ReplyDelete
  29. MOL That was so funny how you stuck your head in the top Cody! This thingy looks kind of confusing, but you kitties are all so smart I'm sure it's not that hard to figure out.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Oh, Cody! You make us laugh so, sticking your head in there - not that we blame you! We'd like to be entered to win. Not only would it help some with bolting their food (that's you, MMM), it looks like great fun with a tasty reward. Thanks Caren!

  31. Well, I now know what Eugene needs!! As Cody is his brother from another mother, it only stands to reason that he also has a bit of an "eating problem" :)
This would be a great idea for him! I think the girls would get a kick out of it too but they don't have the same issues as Eugene & Cody ;) I have a funny feeling Eugene's head would be in the top too...lol.
    Thanks for this chance, Caren!

  41. That looks like a ton of fun. Sadly, I am not very food-motivated. I think it would work great for the Human though, ha ha meow!!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. She'd like it because, despite her semi-advanced age, she's very inquisitive and loves to "hunt"!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Cody, you are too funny!!

I think Milita needs something like this - she is a little overweight, and I think the physical activity would be good for her. I think she'd love the maze because she's a very intelligent cat :)

I think Carmine and Jewel would love it too - they are both curious kitties!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Truffles would love to win this! Like Cody, she has a tendency to eat too fast and regurgitate...YUCK!!!

    ReplyDelete
  45. I have the catmaze as well for both the cats. Hiro is a real puzzler and likes these things. Suki isn't, but she still likes it. I'd recommend it. :)

    ReplyDelete
  46. I have 9 cats and one is handicapped and he cannot do all the things the other cats can do. So, he pretty much has to amuse himself with things close to floor. He is spoiled rotten needless to say and a very curious kitty. I try to stimulate his surroundings the best I can. I think this would add to his stimulation.

    ReplyDelete
  47. My cat Lenore would love it! She's a playful, crazy cat who needs an outlet for her insanity :)

    ReplyDelete
  48. Oreo my cute cat will enjoy this totally because she is very curious and playful. This will match her personality perfectly and will make her super Happy.

    ReplyDelete
  49. My new kitten Mu would go nuts over this thing! he has so much energy and I swear he plots against us while we sleep. I want to try to even the play out a little.... lol...

    ReplyDelete
  50. I think this would be awesome for my Rupert...he is getting pudgy and wont play hardly this way he will have to work for his food and keep him more active
