Oh gosh, it is so important to think about the senior cats, especially the ones in the shelters. It is so sad when an older cat gets put in a shelter. Great post. Take care.
If--and that's a HUGE if--our human ever adopts again, she figures it would be a senior cat, because she says daily that she just can't do another Nicki. LOL.
Senior pets are good - the last remaining cat here before I adopted Hannah and Lucy was almost 20. She still used to get up on the fence but her eye sight got very bad and she couldn't see enough to jump down and I used to lift her down but it made her so miserable that she wasn't independent. She was almost 20 when she passed over to Rainbow Bridge. Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Caren love this article layout. Before Cinnamon my husband and I had a white angora cat for 191/2 yrs. She had serious cattitude and we loved her and miss her dearly!

We love senior pets. For some reason, we've always adopted adult animals (some of them seniors). I expect that trend will just continue...
