ReplyDeleteI make the Human send the ASPCA some green papers every month. Actually, I don't think she minds at all. But I do stick a claw in her once in awhile just to make sure she a-members. Heh heh. Besides, it's kind of entertaining to hear her say Ouch, Spitty, stop that!
ReplyDeleteThere are so many ways people can help to end animal cruelty in their community. Our Mama has the numbers for police dispatch and both of the animal control officers on her phone. She will not hesitate to call if she suspects an animal is in trouble.
ReplyDeleteVolunteering at, or making donations to, a local shelter is always good.
Let's hear it for the ASPCA and HSUS - and so many other grand organizations who do so much for we animals to protect us. YAY!

Ma's never seen one of my buddies treated ugly cuz if she did (we DO live in Texas ha ha), she'd probably get herself shot not waiting for the ASPCA to get involved :)...anyone who abuses their animal...urr..well...Ma'd be the one in jail :)Thanks for spreading the word!!
