Back on February 21st we had a contest and told you about the Friskies®
campaign "Will Kitty Play With It?" and as far as Cody's involvement...it was an epic fail!
Will Grumpy Cat aka Tardar Sauce be any different?
In the first video, Grumpy cat makes a cameo appearance
with an adorable Tabby Kitty named "Fidget"
In the second video, Grumpy Cat is the FIRST celebrity cat being presented with household objects to see if "Will Grumpy Cat Play With It?" What do YOU think happened?
All I can say is I am now PROUD to say that Cody's lack of wanting to "Play With It" was shared by some awfully good company!!

Oh Katie it is ok!! Truly it is!! I am rather glad I got knocked out when I did....those special needs kitties would have KILLED me had I gone any further! At least I gave those Catketeers (or whatever they are, they don't even blog! MOL) a good run! I skerred them and that was ENOUGH for me! MOL! DeleteI was telling the hubs just yesterday when we saw grumpy cat on the cover of People, that cat owner is getting rich. I love grumpy cat though. Did she have litter mates that look like her?

DeleteWe thought those were so funny. Oh and yes, Grumpy has a brother who is slightly less grumpy (he has a similar yet less severe pout, looks kind of sad all the time!). His name is Pokey and he's a tuxie.

Those videos really were funny. We used to have a cat that had a pretty grumpy face sometimes, and I used to say that was his happy face!
ReplyDeleteI went back and watched Cody's videos too, and they also made me laugh. I admire your Mom's persistence, Cody, in trying to get you to play! I'm pretty sure my cats would have done the same thing. Most toys I buy for them just go ignored!
