We are so sad to hear Eric ran away to the Bridge. We did not know him or his family very well, but we know how much they are hurting and we left them some purrs. There has been a lots of sadness recently ~ but we hope Eric and Princess and Greta and the rest are having a Big Ole Pawty at the Bridge, just waiting for the rest of us to join them someday. XOXOXOXO
Cody, Me and mom feel the same way. We couldn't believe our buddy has gone to the bridge. We actually cry. We are shocked, confused. In the morning, me and mom just saw him play with Fynn's tail. When mom came home from work, that's when I just know. I feel totally sad. Me and mom love Eric xoxo
We were shocked at the news of Eric's passing. We had just smiled at the post where he played with Flynn's tail while their dad played with Flynn. And then the RIP post just 2 hours later. :(
We are so sad to learn yet another friend has gone over the Bridge....we hope Flynn and the rest of his family can feel Eric's love from afar for the rest of their days.
I logged into Reader about half an hour ago, saw someone's blog title and just fell apart. Went over to Jackie's blog...Just can't believe it. I've been bawling here, just devastated with them. :-(
I'm so sorry. My heart goes out to you. My family just lost our cat Comet last month at age 11 due to cancer and we still miss him.
Update on my cat Snuggles:
He just had surgery to remove a tumour in his ear. That was a success and he is recovery very well except. He eats like a pig. The only side effect he had was that he can no longer close his right eye but luckily he doesn't have the head tilt and walking in circles. But I still worry because sometimes he makes a grunting/wheezing noise, which started over a week ago, and the CT scan showed a small lesion on one of his lungs. If the tumour does come back as cancer then it was starting to spread throughout his body and he will need chemo. I just hope this was caught in time and that the tumour comes back as benign and the sound is nothing to worry about.
We are so, so, so sad to hear of Eric's passing. We loved to read of his adventures with Flynn and he will be dearly missed. Purrs of love and sympathy from all of us at Zee & Zoey's.
We are heartbroken... There will be a whole in the blogosphere for a very long time. Our thought and prayers go out to their whole family. Especially to Flynn...can't imagine what goes through a kitty's head when their buddy disappears. (((purrs)))
We are so sorry about Eric going to Rainbow Bridge and we are worried about Flynn missing him so much. We know his Mum and Dad will be very sad - he was a real Daddy's boy. Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
