Famous Cats Of The Internet Charity Playing Cards by AmazeCats! World-Wide Give-Away!

I was excited when I was one of a few bloggers who was contacted by AmazeCats (a "cats only" group) asking if I would be interested in sharing news about their latest venture. I was delighted to learn that they had teamed up with 13 of the most popular cats of the Internet, THAT is open to debate, but I digress, to create a deck of playing cards that 100% of the proceeds of decks of cards sold, will be given to charity, namely the Stray Cat Alliance.

When I heard that I was definitely on board! For those not familiar with the Stray Cat Alliance, they are a non-profit organization that "educates and empowers the community to advocate for every cat's right to be safe, healthy and valued." You can visit them here





The reason I am featuring my blog post after some of the other bloggers,  is because I wanted to see exactly what these cards looked like in person. I couldn't have been more pleased!

They  are packaged in a convenient plastic case
The deck features cats such as:
Waffles (no, not the one YOU are thinking of)

(just to name a few)


Now, now Cody! Don't be a spoil sport!! You would have to be blogging for a zillion years to be as famous as the kitties in this deck! That being sad, our furiend at AmazeCats said if this deck is a success, you never know, YOU and some of your furiends just might be featured! Now, let me go back to the blog post please.

    It's a good thing Waffles Too doesn't know how to play cards yet. I'd just have to try to break the news to him that there's a Waffles cat out there that's more famouse than him. ; )

    So Glogirly's favorite card game is Rook. ...but it uses a special deck.
    But MY favorite card game is 52 pick up.
    heh, heh!

    We'd love to win even though we think they really messed up on who's famous and all.

    Oh cool! Now that's a deck of cards I'd like to have. Of course, I wouldn't let anyone play with them, MOL!
    My favorite game... gosh, there are several, but golf is a big one. No, not the long walk with a stick and a ball... it's a card game I used to play with my gramma. Kings corners too! And 99! Wow, you're bringing back lots of good memories for me!

    I agree, it is for a very good cause (SCA is one of our favorites), but frankly, I think they should have picked ME as one of those cats! I mean, I don't even KNOW who that "other" Waffles is.

    Well all we has to say is those cats must not be very famous cause we don't know them but the deck does look nifty and the cause is worthy. We like Katie's idea of a Real Housecats deck. We will go like their FB page.

    Ooooh, this is so fun. Please enter me. My favorite card game? I don't really play cards, but I have a deck of regular playing cards with all the cat breeds on it. I don't play with the cards; I just watch the kitties :)
    So excited for this! Thanks for making it worldwide.

    Pawsome cards Cody! My Mom says she'd LOVE to have some of these so count us in.....Mom's fave card game is one that hardly anyone has ever heard of called Mau Mau (sounds like MEOW MEOW doesn't it?!?!?!). She hasn't played it in years but used to be "addicted" to it!
