Community College – 1555 S. Raisinville Road – Monroe, MI 48161 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
The show
will feature two days of judged competition (10 rings), as well as exhibitors

cats. Breeds represented will cover a
wide variety, including Persians, Maine Coons, Orientals, Birmans, Tonkinese,
Ragdolls, Siamese, Bombays and more.

DeleteMerlin is camera shy! He is 10-1/2 years old now and retired to a life of hunting leaves, birds, squirrels and chipmunks through the windows of his home. Merlin is a wonderful boy, but he used to be quite the juvenile delinquent! We love him very much.
DeleteNoooo we know Merlin is wonderful!!! Persians always have that expression :) Give him kisses from us!
DeleteWill you be going?
ReplyDeleteKisses
Nellie

DeleteWe're sure hoping it comes to our city soon. It hasn't been here in about 3 years now., M loves to go and see all hte kitties. She also loves shopping for new toys cuz they have different things there - things Kitties really like.
ReplyDeleteMario you hit the problem on the head! Mom LOVES to shop there and she has no $$$ and can't and she isn't the type to just look :)
DeleteThat sounds like fun! There is a cat show held every year, about 30 minutes away from us. We always find out about it too late, or have something else planned that weekend. Someday, we're going to check it out! :)
ReplyDeleteHugs to you all!

DeletePops was going to show Mr Rumpy in TICA shows. Then he had his accident and that was that. Rumpy that is. So long to the top... or is that: So long to the top.
ReplyDeleteHmmmmmm
Timmy I shouldn't laugh but you are hilarious. So sorry about Mr.Rumpy though :(
DeleteLooks like it will be a great show.
ReplyDeleteI think it will be!
DeleteWhen the CWA conference was near me in White Plains, the cat show was on at the same time. Great fun and nice to see cat products in person.
ReplyDeleteYep! I was at one in Michigan and the products are the best!
DeleteCat shows are fun and tempting for kitty product shopping!
ReplyDeleteyep the shopping is the reason why Mom isn't going! No $$$$
DeleteThe mom says she hasn't been to a cat show in a long time. She used to go often. She may hafta check this one out!
ReplyDeleteSounds fun! My assistant has always wanted to go to a cat show. Have fun!
ReplyDeleteYour pal, Pip
Mom probably isn't able to go but if she does she will be sure to let you know! Your Assistant should definitely go to one one day!
DeleteGreetings,
ReplyDeleteIndeed, it's me, Penny the Jack Russell dog and the next 'Paw Minister' of Britain. Jolly good cat show. Will there be a 'cat walk'? Yes, I have forwarded this via the various social networks platforms.
Pawsitive wishes, Penny, the next Paw Minister of Britain! :)
Hi Penny!! Should I be bowing now since you are a "Paw Minister?" Ohhhh I bet there will be a "cat walk" but "I'm too sexy" to go :)
DeleteLove, Cody
Our mom is so jealous! She used to go to the cat shows all the time in SC, but they've stopped coming. She'd sit all day in the Persian ring.
ReplyDeleteYour Mom should also enter BOTH of you because you would win for sure!!
DeleteMy Human has never actually attended a cat show, even though there was one pretty recently only a few blocks away in a building in Golden Gate Park. She feels a little nervous about the whole idea but she can't zacklee put her finger on why. I say she should go so she can come home and appreciate down-to-earth, non-diva-ish me. What d'ya think? Should she go next time???
ReplyDeleteSpitty if your human has never gone to a Cat Show she needs to go at least once! There are "regular" cats there too, like you and I! She will NEVER not "appreciate" you so no worries! Love, Cody
Deletesounds like a great event!
ReplyDeleteWish we lived nearby so we could go!
ReplyDeletewe wish you did too and then we would go WITH you!
DeleteOh Dog! I need to enter June Buggie in the cat show!
ReplyDeleteyou absolutely should!
DeleteParental Unit has actually been to one cat show and loved it! It's a real learning experience:-)
ReplyDeleteHi Bocci! I don't think "parental unit" saw my shout out last night at the BlogPawty when I was barktending lol. I was there!
DeleteJust hadda drop by and say: GO NINERS! I frankly don't understand what all the hoopla is about but the Human is all a-cited to have the World Series and maybe the SuperBowl champs in her city. I don't know why--she doesn't know any of them, she doesn't play on the team, she's not going to get a cut of any of the winnings. Humans are weird.
ReplyDeleteAlmost worth going to Michigan for, mommy thinks. Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrs.
